kyleegetsearrings

She sat in the chair like a big girl and then they cleaned and marked her ears
She knew something was going on...

They attempted it a couple of times then we all had to hold her down, but she looked beautiful when it was all over.
Daddy and a prize (the gaudiest heart jewel in the world!) makes everything all better.

arizonaherewecome

For all of you in the great state of Arizona we will be heading your way in a couple of weeks.  We will be there Aug 7-11th for James 10 yr high school reunion!  Can you believe it, we have been out of high school for 10 years!  We are so excited to be going home for a few days.  This is the last flight Kylee will take for FREE!!!!!!!  We will be returning to AZ in December but will have to pay for a seat for Kylee since she will be two!  Another "can you believe it moment".  Our little baby girl is almost 2!  Anyway, enough rambling.

hanginoutatkeesler

Daddy & Kylee "Hangin'" Out!!!

Daddy Sliding... Kylee Sliding... Tell me she doesn't look like him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This weekend James had drill and some make-up days at Keesler so Kylee and I went over there and spent some weekend with Him until he was finished.  We had a great time... While we were there we went to picnic fro James's shop at the marina.  I got a chance to meet all the people James works with when he has drill.  They were all so nice, and it is great to be able to put faces to all the names.  Kylee had a great time on the playground with her Daddy.  I am truly blessed with the greatest husband and father to my daughter a girl could ever ask for.  I want to highlight the pics of James and Kylee going down the slide.  If you look closely they are making the same exact face.  She is her Daddy's little girl no doubt about it!  Kylee and I also spent a good bit of the time at the pool working on our tans.  She is quite the little fish.  But what would a day at the pool be with out a cookie break.  She is Daddy's little girl with Mommy's sweet tooth!

boyshoes

(look how cute these shoes are)

Ok, So we went to the outlet mall on Friday in Biloxi.  I got Kylee the cutest little white velcro Nikes.  She loved them and was so excited she wore them around the store.  Well, on Saturday we were getting ready to go to a picnic for James's shop.  When I tried to put the shoes on Kylee she had a fit!  Kicking and screaming!!!  We couldn't figure it out.  The next day I went to put them on her again and she said
"No Mommy, boy shoes"  This little girl is all princess.  No doubt about it.

proudtobeanamerican

Gotta love the Home Land...  I have to take a few minutes to recognize all the amazing men and women who made our freedom possible by serving their country.  I couldn't be more proud to be an American or an Air Force wife!  It is truly amazing when you really sit down and think about all we do have.  People die trying to experience the peace and freedom we live in.  Thank you Lord.  Ok... Now a little about our 4th of July.  Kylee went on her 1st camping trip with Maw Maw, Pawa Paw, Baylee, & Braden.  What an adventure!  James and I went up and spent the day with them.  The pics are from the camp ground.  They had a craft time and made the hat, tie, and flag then everyone rode in a little parade they had around the camp ground.  It was so cute.  We watched fireworks at the camp ground later, but Kylee was more scared than awestruck so Daddy saved her and they laid in the bed and watched fireworks on TV.  Maybe next year we watch them live.
